Service Liability
Cleanstead and its representatives shall not be held liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from service delays, cancellations, or issues not directly caused by our negligence.
Cleanstead uses trained staff and professional-grade equipment to provide high-quality cleaning services. However, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to client property,

Wear and tear of fixtures or materials,

Client-provided materials or unsafe conditions,

Loss or damage of items not disclosed or not properly secured.
All claims regarding service dissatisfaction, breakage, or damage must be reported in writing within 12 hours of service completion. Claims made after this time may not be eligible for review or compensation.

Terms & Conditions
By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure clear communication, mutual respect, and a consistently excellent experience for all clients.
1. Booking Policy

All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or email.

Clients must book at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day bookings are subject to availability and carry a rush/transportation fee of AED 25.
-
Steam devices are included in every Cleanstead booking as part of our elevated hygiene standard.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel for free up to 12 hours before your appointment.
-
Late cancellations (within 12 hours) incur a AED 50 fee.
-
No-show or last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours) are charged the full job amount.
3. Late Night Cleaning
Cleanstead is available 24/7 with advance notice. The following surcharges apply for late-night services:

AED 60 surcharge for jobs between 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

AED 100 surcharge for jobs between 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM
-
AED 150 surcharge for jobs between 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
4. Service Guarantee

Cleanstead delivers steam-sanitized, boutique-level cleaning.
-
If you're not satisfied, please notify us within 12 hours of service completion.
-
We’ll provide a free touch-up or correction within 24 hours of your complaint.
5. Damage & Liability
-
We use eco-safe products and thoroughly train our staff to minimize any risk.
-
Cleanstead is not liable for pre-existing damage or for fragile items not disclosed before the job.
-
Any damage directly caused by staff will be assessed case-by-case and compensated fairly.

Visible pre-existing damages may be photographed for documentation prior to the session, for liability protection.

6. Client Expectations

Clients must provide timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.

All valuables must be secured in advance.

Cleanstead reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unhygienic beyond our operational scope.

We also reserve the right to immediately discontinue service in cases of:

Verbal abuse, including yelling, swearing, or insults

Degrading or demeaning comments
-
Sexually inappropriate behavior or remarks
-
Any conduct that makes our staff feel unsafe or disrespected

7. Staff Conduct & Trust

Our cleaners arrive in Cleanstead-approved attire, fully equipped and ready to work.

All future staff undergo training, background checks, and are selected for their professionalism and discretion.

Tipping is welcomed but not required. 100% of tips go directly to the cleaner.
8. Add-On Services
-
Add-on services must be requested at least 6 hours before the appointment.
-
Last-minute add-ons may not be guaranteed due to logistics, equipment, or time limitations.
9. Payment Policy
-
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
-
We accept cash, bank transfer, or secure payment links.
-
Clients on monthly packages must pay the full month in advance.
10. Promotions & Scratch Cards
-
Only one promotion or scratch card may be used per service.
-
Offers are not combinable with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
-
Lost or expired cards will not be replaced, reissued, or honored after the expiration date.
11. Updates to Terms
Cleanstead reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from service use shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
