Refund Policy
At Cleanstead Cleaning Service (“Cleanstead,” “we,” “our”), we are committed to providing premium, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaning experiences. While we hold our services to a high standard, we acknowledge that circumstances may arise where expectations are not fully met. This policy outlines our approach to client concerns and refund requests.
Cleanstead Cleaning Service reserves the right to amend, modify, or refuse any refund or re-service request based on the condition of the property, the nature of the complaint, or breach of client responsibilities.
By booking with Cleanstead, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full. This policy does not limit any rights the client may have under UAE Consumer Protection Law, but applies in alignment with the nature of service-based work.
1. Client Satisfaction Commitment
Client satisfaction is central to our values. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us within 12 hours of service completion to report any concerns. We will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly and professionally.

2. Re-Cleaning & Refund Procedure
In the event of a valid service concern, Cleanstead may offer, at its sole discretion:

A complimentary re-cleaning of the affected areas

A partial or full refund, depending on the nature and extent of the issue
Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds or re-cleanings may be granted in the following cases:

A material task listed in the agreed cleaning scope was not completed

The service was interrupted or delayed significantly due to Cleanstead’s error

The assigned staff failed to meet core hygiene or professionalism standards

4. Non-Refundable Conditions
The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds or re-cleanings:

The client provided inaccurate or misleading booking information

The cleaning team was denied access to the property at the scheduled time

Expectations exceeded the scope agreed upon in the booking (e.g., deep cleaning assumed within a standard clean)

Damage, stains, or issues outside the reasonable capacity of standard cleaning services

Feedback or complaints submitted after the 12-hour reporting window
5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will incur no penalty

Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior may incur a 50% cancellation charge
-
No-shows or inability to access the property at the time of appointment are non-refundable

Cleanstead reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our official website or upon request.
